Delivery Information
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
Why Have Delivery Prices Increased?
We want to be transparent about a recent change affecting our shipping costs. Our courier company has introduced new size restrictions on parcels. Any package exceeding 1200mm in length is now classified as freight, regardless of its actual weight or overall dimensions.
This policy change means that even lightweight and compact packages—such as a 100mm x 100mm x 2400mm parcel weighing just 8kg—are now treated as though they require a 7.5-ton lorry for delivery. As a result, shipping costs have significantly increased, and we’ve had to adjust our prices accordingly.
We understand that this may be frustrating, and we’re actively exploring solutions to keep shipping costs as fair as possible. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.
We know how important it is that your order arrives on time for your event, which is why we offer standard shipping with a turnaround time of 5-10 business days. The total delivery time is the processing time plus the delivery time.
Our team is dedicated to providing individualized attention to each order. We work diligently to ensure that every order is processed and fulfilled as quickly as possible, typically within two working days.
Please note that all items are custom-made and require time for production.
Once you’ve placed an order, it cannot be canceled at any stage. The order is considered complete upon receipt. If your order has not yet been started and no boards have been cut, we can make exceptions and modify or adapt your order. However, if we have already started cutting any boards, you will not be able to make changes or adaptations.
The estimated delivery date for your products will be provided in a confirmation email, which will be sent as part of the completed order notification. Please be aware that this date is an estimate and is subject to change.
Once processing is complete, your products are packed and await collection by our courier.
Orders placed on Fridays or over the weekend will be queued for processing starting the next working day, usually Monday.
Most deliveries require a signature from someone at the delivery address. Delivery is considered complete once the products are signed for at the delivery address, and the signature serves as conclusive evidence that the products have been delivered to you.
Most orders will be assigned a tracking number before leaving our facility, so you can track your package during its journey. Large shipments may be delivered in installments, and some large or heavy orders may not have a tracking number available for customers. In these cases, we monitor the delivery via the courier company’s software.
Lead Time:
Most orders will leave our workshop within 5-10 working days of being placed, but there may occasionally be delays. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible.
The courier typically delivers shipments the next working day after collection. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we regret that we have no control over any delays that may occur during the courier’s delivery process.
Orders collected by the courier on Friday are usually delivered on Monday. However, couriers may experience delays, and your package may be delivered one day later. Unfortunately, we have no control over the courier’s operations or any delays that may occur during the delivery process.
We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to fulfilling your order as efficiently as possible.
We calculate the shipping charge during the ordering process. If your postcode does not display a price, please contact us at sale@decopanels.co.uk for a quotation.
We deliver orders only to your doorstep or the bottom of your flat. Our couriers and drivers do not carry orders into your property.
